Privacy Policy
Contact and commission requests
We collect the name, email address and project details you submit so the studio can review your request and respond. Reference images are stored privately. Contact messages and commission details are accessible only to the studio owner through the private studio pages. Owner notifications are sent by email.
Newsletter signups
An email address is saved only when you agree to studio news and product updates. Signup collection is available, but campaign sending is not currently connected. Contact the studio if you want your signup removed.
Website measurement
The website includes Google Tag Manager and may record page visits, product interest, storefront clicks and successful form submissions. Client names, email addresses, briefs and reference images are not included in these website events. A storefront click does not establish that a purchase occurred.
Service providers and external shops
Lovable Cloud stores submitted information and uploaded references. The studio's managed email service handles owner notifications. Purchases made on Ko-fi or other linked storefronts are handled by those services under their own privacy terms. This website does not collect card details.
Your information
Email midnightchromestudio@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. The studio has not yet published a fixed retention schedule; ask about the information associated with your request. Do not upload sensitive documents or images you are not entitled to share.
